added Storywriter123 story

 Just added 46.2 Jay's Bad Day to the E&I folder. It features characters mentioned in 46 Carribean King.

I have one more from Storywriter and some from Stealthbomber to work on.

EDIT: One of Stealthbombers pieces was an updated version of his The Pseudo-Scientific Paper and that story has been updated.

    Yeah you reeeaaaaallllly gotta do something about the new story! Was super happy to see a new E/I story and then it's unreadable.
