June 2004 King takes control of Trump's Empire after marrying
Ivara, the sole heir to the late Daniel Trump's fortunes.


Trump's worth valued at three billion. King relinquished or sold
off his shares in certain stocks to appease creditors as many of
his wife's father's businesses were financially troubled. King
was forced to relinquish his minority shares in some major
businesses and sell off others. He wrote off 500 million in debt
and sold off another 500 million. He used 300 million to enhance
300 blacks while reinvesting the remaining 200 million.
Businesses liquidated including many hotels and all the casinos
except for the Nubian King which he already owned.

King World Tower- 72 stories, beside the UN and worth 290
million.

King Tower- 5th avenue worth 288 million. The top three floors
were the personal residnce of Daniel Trump. His wife didn't want
to live in the place her father committed suicide from, so King
sold NYC's most valuable apartment for 40 million, enhanicng 40
more blacks.

666 California Street San Francisco, formorly World Bank
Headquartrers. King owns 30% of the two building sharing it with
Asian investors. His stake is valued at 540 million.

King Hotel Las Vega, King's stake is 50% valued at 162 Million

King currently owns four golf courses in the United States: King
National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, New York, King National
Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, King International Golf Club
in West Palm Beach, Florida, and King National Golf Club in Los
Angeles. King also buys and develops real estate surrounding his
golf courses.


August 2004 Mustafa signs papers turning over control of the
Holden Hotel chain to King Ent. Flush with money, King at this
time has no plans to sell off any of the Holden assests.

3750 locations, employing 135,000 with 8.162 billion in revenue.
3750 hotels with 600,000 rooms in 84 countries.
King did some remodeling and name changes. Ebon Tree and
Africa-inn are two such.
