I'm curious what readers think about m/m gay scenes. Mothers and Sons has several sections.

ReplyDeleteI have no problem with underage as long as it’s still post-pubescent (teenage) as that’s when people really start becoming sexual (I started having sex at 13/14). Before that, it’s pedophilia and fucked up. I also have no problem with m/m sex, but I prefer it to be black dom (alpha, muscular, etc) on white sub (twink or sissy, effeminate). The power & humiliation dynamic makes it more exciting for me than mutual m/m sex, IMO. But everyone is going to have their own kinks.

DeleteIf you want to write m/m gay scenes, you should do it. However, might I suggest you do it under a different pen name. There is very little overlap between the audience you've cultivated so far and m/m content. Either way, suppressing your inspiration is not the way to go.

I somewhat disagree that there’s little overlap between your audience and those who enjoy reading m/m stories. I’d just argue that the m/m would have to be done a certain way — like a submissive white cuck being feminized for a black alpha. Something more in the realm of sissy/femboy, or CD. M2F trans works, too. I would suspect people who enjoy seeing two big masculine dudes going at it likely aren’t a large part of your audience, but who knows. You should write what you want to write. People will read it.

Even if it were somewhat mild and the characters are sexually mature, it just seems like an invitation for problems — least of which could be this blog getting shut down. Again, you should write what you want to write — those lunatics on the Supreme Court haven’t taken away our 1st amendment rights yet — but it’s good to be aware of the consequences.

Oh boy... Storm's stories contain a large amount of vivid descriptions of very masculine men with large cocks in all sorts of situations, usually as a means of emotionally or psychologically transforming a female character in some significant way. You can't tell me that at least SOME decent percentage of men who read these stories don't identify with the female on some level more than any male character. The male characters are often static and 2 dimensional where the female is far more dynamic. I never really cared for the men’s race or appearance, so I would not really like a M/M scene. But, you are the author, so you could ultimately write it however you want. It might be best if you put a disclaimer at the beginning of the story and when it happens, that way everyone is comfortable. For the particular scene you outlined, I don’t really see it working. I know we all did some out-there things when we were horny teenagers, but I never felt like sucking my friend’s dick.
ReplyDeleteHere’s how I would change it: one day the boys decide to hang out, but there is a mix-up with planning who’s house they are going to, so they end up at each other’s house.
