Second, the question: provided E&I ever succeed at mass enhancing every African American male, how would culture and everyday life be impacted? We're of two minds about this, and we'd love the "Word of God" answer. My husband thinks life would continue essentially as it does now, but with massively increased adultery and other cheating. I, on the other hand, think it would cause a complete and total societal change on the level of the printing press or mass access to electricity.
Hope you don't mind me giving my 2 cents. So if every black man in America is enhanced, it depends on what they do next. Do they make a concentrated effort to impregnate as many non black women as possible? Do they use their near immortality to wage war on other races? Do they only go after the attractive women of other races? Do they go after political power? The enhanced black men could make it a point to impregnate as many non black women as possible. Over time the other races would shrink in size. The black men would live way longer and thus be able to impregnate lots of women. The non black men would eventually die off from old age. There is also the possibility of other races finding out about the serum. Do they figure it out and enhance themselves? Do they find a way to reverse the effects or kill an enhanced man?

My plans were to have E&I fail just as the X-serum's cost came down. Sen Spalding, father of one of the Fresh Off The Bus girls becomes president and orders a full investigation of E&I. Solomon races to the plant in Stony Harbor an activates a self destruct button as government forces surround the building. He is believed dead, but secretly escapes, changes his look and wanders the country again. Meanwhile Trinibogo becomes even more popular and shipments of cheaper Xserums were sent to certain black neighborhoods around the country. That was the end with no future stories. I'd toyed with the idea that when the USA collapsed into Afmerica, the world starts falling apart with wars breaking out and sky rocketing oil collapsing all the worlds economies. Afmerica would become a sort of feudal state with enhanced as an upper class nobility and everyone else subject to their wills. Your vision of mass societal change is more accurate as is theslutlovers view.

If Chapter 05, part 02 and Chapter 06 are not my favorites (futa), the rest of the stories are great, especially Graduation and Mad Science (Nazi girl vs Black US Marines flashbacks)...
Realistically, I think it would lots of cheating wives and half black babies being born. Solomon is basically trying to build wealth in order to make more serum and enhance more men. Once all the black men have been enhanced, he'd probably start enhancing black women. Then lots of white women would get impregnated. Each generation would have more black and half black babies being born and fewer white ones.Repeat with other races until America is majority black. I'd guess then Solomon would want to enhance black people in other countries.
