Not a lot of news this week.
As I mentioned, I was away last week and didn't get much writing done other then a page or two with the story version of Gardeners 2. Unless I get called in to work, I will make some progress on the Houseguest epilogue tomorrow.
Gardeners 3 over at Kaos' site is about done. I'm guessing two more weeks.
Can we get a lil preview of the next story version of gardeners? It's actually the best one

I've been pondering this lately. I like to think my wives usually end up happy. Their hapless husbands, not so much. There's certainly nothing wrong with your main characters finding happiness together. Go with whatever works for you.

Sometimes. For instance, Houseguest ends with Beth raising Titus' child and taking ownership of her body. She's forced to strip and make a few porns for Estabon while gaining power and influence in his clubs and the adult film industry until she's a rich successful businesswoman. An argument could be made that it's a women's empowerment story. If I do a Black gardeners 4, it will open with Moshe passing away and Janice and Mark growing closer, truly loving each other, and eventually getting married with her daughter and granddaughter being seduced at the wedding. I think Son's Best friend's Dad ends with the wife truly happy. I also have to confess that a lot of my stories remind me of the "Gor" fantasy series by John Norman where the basic premise of the 25 or so books was that women are the natural slaves of males. Free women are miserable and unhappy until a male enslaves them. They were sexist male fantasies in the 80s, but gained a lot of popularity among women in the last 20 years or so. Also, write that happy ending story that ends in true love. There's nothing wrong with it and there should be more of them. My stories are my style and you should make your stories your own.
DeleteHmmm, still, the the greatest thing would be a continuation of the Coxville curse, at least for me. I like that the characters in the story, especially the dudes, got a lot more personality. What I didn't like in a lot of stories like this was, that the guys were mostly just walking black dildos and the chicks got addicted to them just because they were black and had a big dick. There were some exceptions, but not very many. In the CC3 they actually got some more personality, so we can identify with them more. :-)
