Story outline someone sent me

This was an idea someone sent me in hopes I'd flesh it out into a story. Of course, I don't have the time to work on my own stories let alone someone else's. I agreed to post it here in hopes someone else might want to write it. The plot is pretty good and I added some suggestions at the end.

Mr. Dred orders the woman to sit on the couch and explains that they are not robbers, but that they have come to collect the $ 20,000 debt that Nate has with him.

Mrs. Blair replies that they do not have all that money and that with her job she can barely pay the rent and the bills.

Mr. Dred tells the woman that he has no choice but to break his son Nate's legs.

Mrs. Blair answers: "I beg you to give you anything, but do not do it".

Mr. Dred tells the woman that his son, Jerome, just turned 18 and was thinking of giving him a present.

Mrs. Blair answers that you can take your car, as long as they do not hurt Nate.

My suggestions:

1) Add a husband, He's the one with the gambling debt. Maybe he embezzled  from his work to pay off his debt and got fired or he's in prison. The thugs are going after his son to get to him.

2) The thugs are all black seniors on the football team. JD recruited his fellow players with the promise of pussy and easy money. The son is on the team with them and they are just hammering him during practice. The mom might even see it and threaten them or talk to the coach (who's scared of them). Anyway, she's familiar with all of them, but the crime lord father.

3) The sex scene is bigger and dirtier with her servicing all the young black men with double penetration and ultimately servicing the Mr. Dred who is the biggest of all. The husband is forced to watch or if he's in jail he's being threatened by jailed members of the gang and begs his wife to help him.
